More Resources for You

Online Courses are Available Now

My online courses are each designed to educate and help you and your child progress out of overwhelmed into readiness.
Each course provides the following:

Practical Tools

You’ll learn strategies you can use every day, like creating smoother transitions, guiding your child through big emotions, and shifting routines so they feel calmer and less chaotic. These are real-life tools that fit into family life.

Gentle Support

Every lesson is built on both professional knowledge and lived experience as a neurodivergent parent. The goal isn’t perfection, but progress. You will learn how to respond with clarity instead of chaos, and reminding you that you’re not alone in the challenges you face.

Realistic & Doable Strategies

Parenting a neurodivergent child often feels overwhelming, especially when the advice you’ve been given doesn’t seem to work for your family. These courses offer a framework that is realistic and doable.

Meet Sandra

A decade into motherhood, I found myself sitting in the principal’s office at my youngest child’s preschool. He wasn’t learning. Was it willfulness, they asked, or something else? That tearful meeting led to a stack of diagnoses and therapy referrals. I wanted to argue that there was nothing “wrong,” but I also knew my child needed support.

What mattered most to me was that the professionals saw him as a person, not a number or a protocol.

The most important lesson I’ve ever learned didn’t come from my degrees or professional training. It came from a deeply attuned professional who explained that people like me, my spouse, and my children simply have brains that are wired differently. We respond differently to the world, and that’s not wrong. That moment gave me more hope than anything I’d heard in years of appointments.

For years, I quietly connected with other moms like me in school parking lots, on late-night phone calls, and through emails where we admitted we felt like we were failing. Eventually, I knew it was time to step out of the shadows. I opened my coaching practice to create the kind of safe, supportive space I wished I had found sooner.

If you’ve felt alone in this journey, I want you to know you don’t have to stay there. I invite you to connect, join this community, and discover support that truly sees you and your children.

Workbooks

I’ve created several comprehensive workbooks to help you walk through some of the most challenging parts of parenting neurodivergent children. These workbooks are both educational and full of tips that can be implemented immediately in your home.
